We have it at http://android.wordpress.org/download/ but can squeeze it in anywhere. Do you think he meant the homepage of android.wordpress.org or on WordPress.com somewhere?

Probably on the front page somewhere. We could probably fit it in the sidebar.. If this is just done in the template somehow I could look into it.

Put it in the sidebars of the project page, also went through and updated the theme for a bug with long sidebars/short pages and widgetized it.
