This is the home of the WordPress for Android project, chronicling the progress of our Open Source app for the Android OS.
Having a problem using the app? Please post at the forums for help instead of here.
If you would like to start a new post on this site, you can do so by signing up for an account at WordPress.com. Once signed in at this site, you can create new topics. Many of the devs also communicate over IRC in #WordPress-Mobile on freenode.
Experiencing a bug? Here's how you can help the contributors.
Search the WordPress for Android Trac and this blog (search form is below) to make sure your issue has not been brought up before. If it has, please reference the other post(s) in your report if you want to add more details!
Create a step-by-step guide on how to reproduce the bug. Should look something like this list.
Another thing that's a great help in debugging an issue, especially visual bugs, is a screenshot or two of the issue. Preferably with annotations.
Keep in mind: the more we know about the problem, the quicker we can resolve it! Thanks for supporting the WordPress for Android development team.
Dan, I have downloaded this APP but cannot get it to work on my blog, when I try to access a blog page I get a blank screen, try again and I get a “forced shutdown” message. Before this release I could at least view my pages however I could not open pdf files which had links in the blog (my phone, HTC Desire, does work with pdf’s I have no problem vieing them)

@danroundhill can you please create 1.4.0 milestone in trac, so I can assign all the tickets?

I don’t think anything was changed with pages in 1.3.9, you might want to uninstall/reinstall the app to start fresh.
