This causes all error messages when adding an account to show the general &#8216;xmlrpc.php not found&#8217; error, which isn&#8217;t helpful at all for new users that should receive the &#8216;XML-RPC services are disabled for this site&#8217; error. 				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Not sure why, but <a href="http://android.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/714">r714</a> removed the check for a 404 in the account registration view. This causes all error messages when adding an account to show the general &#8216;xmlrpc.php not found&#8217; error, which isn&#8217;t helpful at all for new users that should receive the &#8216;XML-RPC services are disabled for this site&#8217; error.</p>
<p>Created the 2.1.2 roadmap to get this released quickly, it contains one other fix that removes an invalid &#8216;alt&#8217; attribute from linked images.</p>
